Kingdom Principles I talk a lot about Matthew 6:33. "Seek ye first the Kingdom…" But I just saw this recently. Before Jesus said "Seek the Kingdom…" he said "Repent for the Kingdom of God is at hand…" I can't believe I didn't see the order of this before.
Kingdom Principles “Pedro, I’m stuck.”
No you’re not stuck. You just refuse to make a decision.
If you’re like many of the people I’ve coached, there’s probably at least one decision that you refuse to make. You know you need to make it. You know it’s important…but you’re still procrastinating and that's why you’re stuck.
Most people think they don’t have enough information, or need more time to make a good decision. So they end up overthinking and get caught in mental loops and analysis paralysis.
Is this God? Is this me? Should I do this? Should I do that? What’s the wise thing to do here?
The other day in our Kingdom Seekers mentorship community, I broke down my best thoughts on a fully redemptive Kingdom aligned decision making process…I laid out a framework that is rooted in wisdom, kingdom principles, peace, love, and trust.
Kingdom Entrepreneurship Religion has wired us to treat audacity like a character flaw. But what if it's not? What if there's a redemptive component to it that we can use to advance the Kingdom? Pedro unpacks why believing you are made in the image of God is the most audacious — and necessary — thing a Christian can do.
Kingdom Entrepreneurship After eight years of serving people in the entrepreneurship space, I've found a few common struggles that hold people back. And I am convinced that one of the greatest barriers people face is the need for certainty. The greater your need for certainty, the more difficult it will be to lay hold of your Kingdom potential.
Kingdom Perspective (Trends) The biggest risk with AI right now is how easy it could be for people to fall into the trap of turning to AI for things they should be going to God for. That's spiritual laziness — and I don't want to see Kingdom people getting lazy by making AI their default source of truth.
Kingdom Wealth The Primary Purpose of Wealth Is To Be Spent. Think about it — say you want to leave an inheritance to your children's children like Proverbs recommends. Why? Is it so they never get to touch or enjoy it? Until you spend wealth it's just sitting there as potential.
Kingdom Principles After serving hundreds of thousands of Christians since 2018, I am convinced that complacency is one of the enemy's favorite weapons. It's subtle, doesn't feel like an obvious ambush, and can easily be misidentified and overspiritualized as rest.
Kingdom Perspective (Trends) AI is not a trend or some temporary fad. This technology is here to stay, and it's only going to get more powerful and prominent. But almost nobody is talking about it from a Kingdom perspective — so I thought I would.
Kingdom Principles I'm going to say something that might start a war inside you. What if everything you were ever taught about work is wrong? Not slightly off. Not missing a nuance. Wrong at the root.
Kingdom Principles Most of us organize our lives like this: work hard enough (doing), accumulate enough (having), and eventually become the person you want to be (being). This is completely opposite to kingdom living — and it's the foundational error underneath every place you feel stuck.
Kingdom Perspective (Trends) A night at the movies turned into a two-day download. There's a line in the Michael Jackson biopic that hit me right in the chest — and I've been sitting with it ever since. Michael Jackson didn't stumble into greatness. He made a decision to go all in on exactly who God created him to be.
Kingdom Wealth The account isn't the problem. You've done what you were supposed to do — saved, been responsible, built the retirement account. And yet something is still frozen. Here's what I want you to see: that's not a financial problem. That's an identity problem wearing a financial costume.
